Rich is a father of three and husband of 26 years and counting to Terra. A successful entrepreneur and accomplished leader with over 35 years of executive leadership experience. Rich has founded multiple businesses, built, and sold a start-up company, and leveraged multiple business acquisitions.

Rich is an active member of Vistage International CEO Peer Group, his local community and believes strongly in workplace culture, mentorship, accountability, and transparency in business.

Rich holds multiple certifications from ANFP and Stanford Business School. He believes in lifelong learning and giving back to the community.

President

Frank is a building envelope and lighting energy efficiency professional with more than 12 years of successful industry experience. Prior to this Frank spent 15 years in operations management for a government contractor supporting the United States Army’s unmanned air vehicle division. Frank also served 4 years in the United States Navy during Operation Iraqi Freedom.

At ABT, Frank oversees the company’s financial, engineering, construction, and risk management functions. Franks’ leadership ensures ABT is providing the best solutions and services to all its customers.

Prior to co-founding ABT with Richard Valway, Frank served as VP of building envelope for another leading energy services company. In that role, Frank was responsible for all aspects of the company’s building envelope projects.

Frank holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from University of Phoenix and an associates degree in electronics from TESST College of Technology. Frank is a BPI certified Building Envelope Professional and Energy Analyst.

Eric is dual certified as a BPI Building Envelope Professional and Energy Analyst with 10 years of industry experience. Prior to joining ABT, Eric started out working for an electric Co-op before earning a position as an energy analyst, where he audited, designed, and managed over $25 million in energy conservation projects over 5 years. At ABT, Eric is responsible for overseeing end to end project development from engineering to construction.

Eric received his bachelor’s degree from Millersville University where he played club ice hockey, serving as the team’s president for multiple seasons. Since graduating, Eric remained heavily involved in the MU hockey program serving as their recruiter, assistant coach, and head coach for six seasons. In 2023, Eric was offered the Director of Hockey Operations position at York College of Pennsylvania, where he currently serves as the Head Coach.

Chuck Rotelli is bringing over 20 years of experience in the energy industry. He has a proven track record of leadership and sales excellence, having previously served as the Senior Vice President at Future Energy Solutions. Prior to FES, Chuck was the Regional Sales Director at Evolution Energy Partners LLC, where he led regional sales initiatives. He also held the position of Director of Energy Services at Denney Electric Supply.

Chuck’s expertise spans various sectors of the energy industry, and he is known for his ability to drive business growth, foster strong client relationships, and lead teams to achieve their goals. His broad experience and commitment to the energy sector make him a valuable asset to ABT as we continue to expand our safe and sustainable building initiative.
